This Disclaimer applies to gotruckingservices.com, the website of Go Trucking Services Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read it together with our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
General information only
This website describes our trucking and freight services in general terms. The content is provided for general information and is not professional advice of any kind. Before you make a decision based on anything you read here, please contact us so we can talk about your specific shipment.
Not a quote or a contract
Nothing on this website is an offer, a binding quote, or a contract. Rates, availability, and transit times are estimates until we confirm them in writing. Sending a form, requesting a quote, or booking a call does not reserve capacity and does not commit you or us to a shipment.
Shipments and cargo liability
Every shipment is governed by the bill of lading or contract for that shipment and by applicable law, including any limits on liability for loss, damage, or delay that they provide. Nothing on this website extends, increases, or changes carrier liability.
If your cargo needs additional protection, please ask us about cargo insurance before shipping. For questions about a specific shipment, refer to your shipping documents or call us.
Industry news and blog
Our industry news and blog posts summarize reports published by third parties. They are for information only and are not legal, financial, customs, or regulatory advice. Rules, rates, and market conditions change, and a summary can leave out details that matter to you. Please verify important points with the original source before you act on them.
External links
This website may link to websites operated by others. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Testimonials
Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experiences of the customers who gave them. They are not a guarantee that every customer or every shipment will have the same results.
Accuracy and availability
We update this website from time to time, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or free of errors, or that it will always be available. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. If you notice something that looks wrong, please let us know.

Parts of this website may be offered in other languages with the help of machine-assisted translation, for your convenience. Translations may contain errors. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
